How does the domain licensing work?
It's super simple. When you buy a product, you get a unique license key. The first time you activate that key on a website, it gets permanently locked to that domain name (e.g., `your-site.com`). This ensures the product is used only by you on the site you intended.
What happens if I change my domain name?
Our standard licenses are tied to one domain, permanently. We understand that circumstances can change, so we will offer a license migration service for a small administrative fee. You'll need to contact support to initiate this process.
Can I use one license on a test site and then my live site?
No, the license locks to the very first domain it's activated on. We strongly recommend you make your decision on the final domain before activating. For testing, we suggest using a local development environment (e.g., localhost), which our license system will ignore, allowing you to activate the key on your live domain later.
What kind of support do you offer?
All purchases come with 6 months of access to our support ticket system. We'll help with installation issues, bug fixes, and general questions about our products. Extended support packages will be available for purchase.
How do I get product updates?
